Sean, the owner of CSN Collision Alternatives, and his team restored the body work on my 15 year old Mercedes. It had serious rust problems in the fenders and thus needed totally new ones, as well the hood needed to be completely worked over because of the rock chips and rust. Sean gave me a fair estimate, so I decided to give him the green light to proceed with the body work. I was very satisfied with the end result and was especially impressed with how well the new paint was made to match the original shade. At all times communications were made excellent by Stacy who runs the front office. My wife had the unfortunate experience of having a gravel truck dump large rocks on the highway as she was heading home from work. The complete front of her 2009 Mini Cooper JCW was peppered with rock chips and dents, even with a full 3M protection. Sean (owner of CSN) and his team were professional and prompt in getting all the parts ordered and the work started. When we picked up the car after the repair, the mini looked new again and the workmanship was perfect (I don't use that word lightly). CSN did not do the usual "blending" on the paint to hide the usual slight change in paint colour. Instead they took the time to match the paint on the fenders and hood so that you can't tell any difference in the colour. Job well done! This service, in my opinion, is what the standard should be for all collision repair facilities. What was above and beyond was that during the repair, my wife and I were out of town on holidays. We had ordered tires from Costco and they needed to be mounted as Costco does not store online purchased tires. CSN took the mini to Costco for us and picked it up as well after the work was done. To top everything off, the CSN Team all got together and bought a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife, as they found out that her mom passed away suddenly when we were out of town. CSN Collision Alternatives in Okotoks not only has the quality of craftsmen who are top notch, but they are a team who truly cares about their customers.
Sean, Bryton, Stacey and the team have done an exceptional job repairing my vehicle after an extensive accident. Knowledgeable, friendly, great to deal with in every way. Their after service follow up was amazing and they didn't quit until they knew i was completely satisfied and the job was done to their satisfaction. They took time to listen, and went above and beyond to cover off all details of the repair from towing to delivery and many steps in between. Would recommend using Sean and his team for any vehicle issues.
I cant say enough good things about this shop. Sean, Stacey, and Bryton were all wonderful to deal with. They all kept me up to date on what was going on and did it faster than I could have imagined. They even went in much earlier than the shop opened to finish up my car so I could pick it up and still make it to work. They go above and beyond. My car looks as great, if not better than when I bought it. To top it all off, they have an adorable dog as a greeter. Thanks again CSN.
