I had the most amazing service from Ryan at Collision Solutions. Being rear-ended was extremely inconvenient but Ryan made the whole experience painless. He accommodated me right away for an estimate and dealt with insurance to keep the process going. When it came time for the repair he arranged my rental car and did the repair quickly. Who would have guessed the process could be so easy. In every interaction with Ryan he was friendly and courteous. I got my car back and it looked better than when I left It with him, new bumper and a spotless car inside and out. What a treat. I am recommending him to everyone!
My van was brought in for a bumper repair. My insurance company sent my car to Collision Solutions. I appreciated the communication I received about updates on my van (phone and text). The bumper looks great, and on top of that, my van was washed and carpets were cleaned. And, my tires were wiped and shiny. I did not expect any of that. They certainly understand customer service and going above and beyond.

The folks at Collision Solutions are top notch. I had a repair done there, the bumper they replaced had a factory defect on it and Ryan swapped it out no questions asked. In my first phone call with Ryan he assured me that I would never be able to see the difference...that my baby would be good as new. The bumper was issued from the dealer and wasn't perfect I called Ryan back expressing my concern and he took care of the whole thing.....my baby is better than off the production line now.Many businesses preach a total warrantee on satisfaction but Collision Solutions actually follows through.I highly recommend these boys, you won't be disappointed
