Very friendly, they kept me in the loop at all times and the fix to my truck was impeccable. They even washed and detailed it for me inside and out, what a nice treat to get into when I picked it up! Thanks to everyone there!

I was nervous going to a national chain for auto body repair since I grew up with my dad owning his own shop! But, he doesn't live nearby and I had to pick somewhere! This place has the best reviews and I can see why. I love that a guy came out and looked it over with me and took notes, and they were able to paint the part before putting it on so that I could wait for less time. Very friendly, great quality. Great Experience. My car was repaired in 2 days, they kept me in the loop of the stages it went through. It looks like new again, which makes me very happy. We only had our car for about 3 weeks, when it was hit in a parking lot and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. Staff is always very helpful, friendly and professional.
Now where to start well right as you step in the door , They are smiling , they are happy you came they will make you a coffee if you like. paper work a breeze they just do it all.You know this will be a great experience. Then there is is Tracy the manager , I hit the jackpot , she knows her stuff .Her and I will do a tour of my car to see how much damage a running deer can do. she takes pictures so nothing is missed. outstanding service. A rental car is arranged for me.I can leave knowing that me and my car are in very good hands. the communication , the time line the completed job wow and then it is detailed for when i arrive. She won't have me walk across the parking lot to get it .some one will bring it to the door for me we will do another walk around, its perfect. looks like new and of course some parts are. My advice if you must have vehicle repairs is SKIP THE REST AND GET THE BEST Walk or drive to CARSTAR
