This is my second vehicle from here and awesome just like the first time. Will be back again in a few years.

I chose to do business with Okotoks Nissan because of the outstanding service I received from my sales person Evan Campbell. He listens to your needs, isnt the pushy/pressure type and has been with Okotoks Nissan for almost 4 years.. He is far from your typical salesman, and if youve had a bad experience elsewhere, give Evan and the team at Okotoks Nissan an opportunity to earn your business! Even a year after my purchase, Evan has followed up with me on more than one occasion to make sure Im still happy with my vehicle and have no further questions/concerns.

I recently had my vehicle serviced. The overall experience was excellent. Very polite and helpful staff. I will be returning.

We really enjoyed our buying experience at Okotoks Nissan. The Sales staff specially "Albert Espinosa" were very helpful and answered our questions. The negotiations on price was painless. The paperwork process was also handled professionally and quickly.

Crooked DealershipDo not get your vehicle serviced here. We had our wheel bearing go in our vehicle (2015 Nissan Versa 64k) on the way back from a week long road trip in B.C. We pulled over in Black Diamond and had our car towed to Okotoks Nissan where a tech looked at our vehicle and we were later called by the dealership and told that the work would not be covered under warranty because a tech had opened up the wheel bearing component and noticed one missing. He said it could only happen if it had been tampered with by us or another garage, perhaps while getting tires done or brakes. First of all, we have never replaced the brakes as should be noticed that the current brakes are factory brakes, secondly, the wheel bearings are in an enclosed case and do not need to be affected at all when repairing brakes, even if that was the case, and certainly not when changing a tire. We were told the nut on outside of hub was loose and could have caused a wheel bearing to come free, the only possible answer for them because they had never seen anything like this before, a part missing like this. The Service manager called Nissan warranty and said he suspected that our wheel bearings had been tampered with by someone so Nissan warranty refused to cover the costs of the fix and also now we are prevented from getting it fixed elsewhere under warranty because the expert opinion of the service manager states that we are somehow responsible for our wheel bearing going. Apparently, we had brake work done possibly that could have affected this but then on the other hand, this dealership said we needed our brake lines bled because no service had been done on the for some time (wasnt that what we were being accused of having possibly done that could have affected our bearings - which is it?)...This service knows very little about car repairs if he thinks brake repairs need to affect the wheel bearings first of all. We called Gord Scot Nissan where we bought the vehicle and they said it was a completely outlandish claim to make against us because it would take specialized tools, a hydraulic lift and whole lot of effort and know how to remove a wheel bearing from the enclosed case. He did not even understand why they would have been opening up the case in the first place to count wheel bearings as it is unnecessary in the diagnostic process. He explained their procedure and he also explained how one wheel bearing can wear out whilst the others remain relatively unworn. This could have caused the wheel to fall off the car and kill myself and my three children. It was a major safety issue and also one Nissan should want to correct. It is under warranty, it is a safety issue and it is a part we are unable to affect. Now we have a choice of paying for the repairs or getting our put back together and sent somewhere else. We certainly do not want Nissan Okotoks fixing such a integral safety component on our vehicle at this point, so now we must get our car towed to another Nissan dealer and will not be able to get our car fixed under warranty because Nissan Okotoks told them we were responsible for the missing wheel bearing in the enclosed casing it comes in. Another Nissan tech said this would be an incredible amount of work to do and really why would we?! None of this makes sense to us. I was reading other reviews on this dealer and the outlandish things they accuse people of and how they take no responsibility. I can attest to this being accurate. It is quite scary actually. We are concerned about the future safety of our car now, not knowing what they have affected on it. I doubt it is even driveable at this point. It was driveable when it broke down and we had it towed from the side of the road as a safety precaution. I will be interested to see if it can still be driven or if the part they seem to have lost had prevented it driveability? Do not go here please! They are a corrupt dealership.
