Bought a vehicle here today, worst service by Larry, very condescending and stubborn. I do not recommend him as a sales person and in turn had to turn to the sales manager Ken to finalize the sale. Thank you Ken and Anna! If you would like customer service to be top notch do not be pursuaded, Larry should go back to selling farm equipment. Otherwise the dealership is nicely stagged. (FYI you can't make an offer they just tell you what they can do and don't budge, even for 300 bucks). I work in the service industry and I am customer obsessed, and work hard to keep a smile on my customers face during a big investment, and you hope to get the same in return. Unfortunately that did not happen.
