I've bought plenty of cars over my plenty of years, but this was the best experience of them all. Thank you. I hope the after-sale service is just as good. I guess I'll find out when I bring the car in for scheduled maintenance, but since good experiences always start at the top of any organization, my instinct tells me that management of this network of dealerships is strong and astute, so no reason to expect that after-sales service will be any different.
Bought a 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk and a 2017 Ford Escape within one week from Murray, and I must say it was overall a great experience. Stephanie and Logan worked very hard to make sure we got the best deal possible coupled with our needs. A few bumps with the financing experience, but very satisfied with the level of commitment to excellent customer service. I was looking for a used pick up truck. Shopping around at some dealerships. Lots of BS. But at Murray in Okotoks it was really different. Logan gave me a fair trade in price for my old truck right away, no big bargaining needed. They had not the right truck for my budget right away, but Logan made it happen finding an almost new truck for a great price. And I love the RAM.
