I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Greg and Rose and the team in Okotoks made the car purchasing process very straightforward and hassle free. Compared to some other dealerships I had approached, the difference was night and day. Relatively speaking, I did not feel pressured or hounded to make a decision and I appreciated that. The staff at Okotoks Honda were very easy to deal with, were reasonable and open and I believe the price I paid was fair. I think there is a reason they have so many good reviews and I saw this firsthand. Unlike at other dealerships, I did not feel that the team in Okotoks was in any way pressuring me or making me feel like they were doing me a favour - the whole process felt like a normal business transaction, which is exactly what it is and should be, and the staff at Okotoks Honda went above and beyond in being accommodating throughout. The atmosphere was a very relaxed one throughout the process and I did not feel drained or exhausted when it was all done, which gave me a better ability to focus on and enjoy my new car. Thank you.
The salesperson was good to deal with and I feel was more than fair in price. The services offered by the dealership were far better than I found when working with other Honda dealerships. My only criticism of the experience was that once I had signed that I intended to purchase the salesperson could not get rid of me fast enough and I felt that my existence no longer mattered. Upon scheduled pick up of the car I spent 3 hours with the majority of the time in the waiting area and the car was not fully ready to go. Once again when it was time to be oriented to my car I felt rushed and like it was an inconvenience. Overall, this did not make me regret my choice to go with Okotoks Honda and I still stand by a very positive rating. My car is wonderful, the deal was very much to my liking and the services offered where incomparable. Definitely a very busy dealership and I chalk up my criticism to a very busy staff and not a personal or service failing. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
We had an amazing experience at Okotoks Honda. My friend recommended we go there and we are happy we did. Jerry showed us the Pilot Touring and explained everything about it. We took it for a drive and were very happy and decided to purchase it. A week later we came back to pick it up and the process was seamless and super quick. We left feeling like they really took care of us. We would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be buying from them again when we are looking for our next car.
Wonderful experience! Knowledgeable, friendly, and personable staff. We felt no pressure from our Salesperson Marvin, who made us feel very comfortable as he knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in, including its previous owner. He gave us all the facts we needed to make an informed decision, and we were able to easily reach a very fair price for our 2014 Honda CR-V. When realizing we would be picking up our new vehicle on my Birthday, Marvin went out of his way to make it a special experience! He even put a small gift and Birthday Card in the vehicle waiting for me! Thank you SO MUCH to Okotoks Honda and Marvin Ogayon!!!
Where do I start? The whole experience was great! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I bought my vehicle and the communication was top notch. They listen and care about any concerns.
