Love the food here. This place is always good. The staff and service is top notch.
Today was not like the last time we went there. Although the server who was new, she was very pleasant in trying to accommodate us. The food was not as tastey. my wife was shorter one egg and hash browns. this was fault of cook and not the info on the order from. also toast instead for bun. my order a montecristo was not the greatest. both our hash browns under cooked. when we go back we will stick to the tried and true items. also not near the end of the breakfast time.sorry, but you asked, and I know you can do better!! oh another point, don't call out corrections or instructions to a new staff member so we "all" can hear it. THIS IS VERY POOR LEADERSHIP.
My fianc and I came here for breakfast around 9am on a Saturday. We were seated less than a foot away from the door because that was the only table available at the time. Every time a customer would walk through the door a chilling breeze would hit us directly. It took them 15 minutes to bring us each a cup of coffee. Once a few tables had cleared the waitress suggest we move to a table further from door to avoid the cold breeze. Within 5 minutes of changing tables we were asked to leave our current table and return to our previous table because a larger group need our table. After being shuffled around a second time our food finally came out. The food was great, however the bottom line is the establishment was overcrowded, understaffed and poorly organized. We won't be returning a second time.
I love getting lunch from Sweetgrass Deli whenever I get the chance. Their food is made fresh daily and is as healthy as you are going to get in town without making your own lunch. It's just like mama makes it. I even take my customers here sometimes! The staff are very friendly and make for the small down feel. Would recommend to anybody!
Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches! The pie was tasty too!
