It was a very busy evening and they seemed understaffed. Appies took over 3o min to arrive. The Caprese Salad was lacking in flavor (not enough balsamic?) And the Calimari was bland and not very hot. We finished 1st round of drinks before mains arrived and were not offered more for the rest of evening. Mains came without the offer of pepper/parmesan even though we both had pasta dishes. Our waitress didnt check if things were ok till after we were finished the meal. Despite everything the mains were excellent. Seems like this restaurant has great potential but were perhaps overwhelmed by the large volume of patrons for the evening. Ambience was nothing special but seems like a great place to go for casual italian meal.
A little pricey but food is very good. Place could use a little modernisation.
The service absolutely sucked they didnt even come clear the appetizer plates from our table when the brought our food. The Alfredo sauce was basically water, I am allergic to seafood and only seafood and I ordered CHICKEN Alfredo and had a major allergic reaction. This place is horrible.
They charged me almost double when I ordered off the kids menu Specifically wanted to spend less.... But they charge $14.95 for something on the menu for $7.95.. WORST service ever, from Rahul. And my friend was served raw meat balls after having to ask twice for what she ordered... Will never be going there again and disappointed with tonight's dinner.
Service was ok. Calamari was delicious. Tablecloth had a large stain on it and the canneloni was a bit dry... barely noticed it was cooked with sauce.
