As a result of my love for running, I have been treated by Stephen and his staff at Momentum many times over the past several years. Stephen is quickly able to determine the exact nature of the injury and prescribe a course of treatment that gets me running again in a minimum amount of time. I like the fact that he uses computer models and give me written materials to take home to help me remember how to do the exercises. I believe that Stephen's staff have followed Stephen's lead by being personable, courteous, , and work to create a positive and welcoming treatment environment. Stephen and his crew are my go to treatment professionals.
I have been seeing Stephen and other Physiotherapists at Momentum for shoulder and neck issues for quite some time. From the moment I booked my first appointment I was made to feel a priority with a very individual treatment plan that we discuss and review at each appointment. He has a very genuine caring professional approach that you can see extending to the team he has created. The reception team, trainers and assistants are all exceptional. Brooklyn also gives a fabulous massage - I would strongly recommend any of them!
I went in to get my shoulder back to its original health or close too. They did a very good job if you ask me. They had a nice balance of getting me to take it easy when I should, and also pushed me to do more when I could. I have healed as much as I had hoped for, which is more than I expected. A very friendly and accommodating staff. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks to all the staff at Momentum!
Everyone at Momentum was wonderful! They do a fantastic job of creating a very friendly open atmosphere that is accepting of all, they are gracious and very kind and professional with what they do. I had been having really bad knee pain for over a year, and begrudgingly i decided to head to physical therapy, Stephen diagnosed the problem within the first 15 minutes of me being there, and after a few sessions i really started to see the difference. In 2 months i went from unbearable pain and an inability to run, or even climb up stairs, back to running and moving freely without worry of it giving out. They also taught me the exercises and gave me the knowledge to maintain the changes and prevent the problem from reoccurring. All of the staff was truly wonderful and friendly to work with, and i would recommend anyone go there if you have the opportunity!
Steve and his team are simply the best. They are dedicated, friendly, compassionate, positive, accommodating and most of all, persistent in getting you healthy. I have been going there for years to deal with everything from minor aches to more serious issues. Ive always felt very extremely confident and comfortable with the care Ive received. Id strongly recommend Momentum to anyone who is looking for some treatment. You wont find a better clinic.
