Beautiful, new hotel. Large, clean and modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Great pool and water slide! Complimentary breakfast in the lobby, and very friendly and helpful staff! Also, pet friendly!

Fantastic customer service and took great care to deal with our allergy needs for the FREE continental breakfast. Nice hotel and room.

Meh. The night staff was grumpy and not friendly. After a long day we went to sit in the kitchen so our child could eat her dinner. They told us we were not allowed to eat in the kitchen sitting area. Even though it was closed. They were rude about it, condescending and unapologetic. Worst experience I have ever had at a Best Western and not like the rest of the chain. Make the drive to Calgary.

The hotel was extremely accommodating as we were staying with a dog. The quality of the foyer, room, and bathrooms were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing and served full waffles, pancakes, bacon, sausages, and three kinds of eggs and much more. I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus in Okotoks.

My stay was excellent. The employees were personable and friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was great and a lot more than I expected going in, especially the kitchenette complete with microwave, fridge, stove top, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. Breakfast in the morning offered your typical fare of toast or cereal and included a waffle station and fresh fruit; that took it over the top. Plus it has a hot tub and pool with water slide which make it a great stay for families.
