I attended an appointment with a friend of mine for her sick dog. I'm not usually one to name names, however Jill, the office manager, is less than a pleasure to deal with. On her phone, when we walked in, not very compassionate. Seems to only care about the money. Will not be brining my personal animals here any time soon...
I was in today for my little goldendoodle's first big girl groom. The groomer was AMAZING! Rosie was a mess going in and when she came out, she was so beautiful. The price was super reasonable for the amount of work it must have been to wash, dry and hand cut her coat. I will absolutely come back. Rosie also saw Dr. Mark and he totally understood her condition and was very knowledgeable and caring. As for the front desk people, I haven't had any issues dealing with any of them. They've always been polite and professional. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
My husband and I are very impressed with this clinic. Dr. Tony is great, very caring and understanding. Not to mention patient! If you need any services (booking an appointment, questions, etc) ask for Cherie, she is the vet tech there and knows her stuff and very nice and professional. 4 stars because the office manager is not the friendliest.
The veterinarian was amazing. The front desk staff not so much. Had a question on a quote and got attitude when she explained it. Not the friendliest front of house staff.
I took my cat Chaos to this clinic he was very sick went down to 5.4 pounds i knew i had to let him go to animal heaven the staff there was very good to me and took excellent care of my Chaos i would definetly send anyone there for their precious animal thank you so much to the staff for making a very difficult situation easier
