My grandson got a Havoc scooter from these guys for Christmas last year. A few weeks ago while riding it ( I think he was doing a tail whip?) the front tire assembly snapped off from the frame. We took it back to them expecting them to honor a warranty claim on it and fix it. They did not repair the scooter (it was repairable), they replaced it for him instead. The staff were great to deal with and the kids happy. Good on them for looking after their customer, that's how you ensure repeat business..
Excelent store. The staff give information and orientation in everything. They are very kind with their clients. They also have a good products.

This is a great store ran by great people!! I've bought my last two bikes from them and have absolutely adored them both. Super knowledgable staff that take the time to explain all you need to know, and great service and prices that I happily drive from Calgary for. :)
