Good rates, been a customer here for 5 years and never had one mishap. Even had a screw up one time on monthly billing, it happens to the best of us, not to bore you with details but the end result was a very friendly phone call from management and was told to come in when I was ready. You can't find that in many places nowadays.. I just wanted to share the experience for the benefit of the great staff at this facility.
If you find yourself short due to a serious illness, DO NOT use this facility. They don't care. They will charge you for late fees of $30 twice a month, They will hound you with written notices, emails and texts, even though you've spoken to them and explained the untenable position you're in. For your own peace of mind, either don't use them or choose another storage facility.
