Keith showed up on time and provided photos and a quote for the insurance company in quick order. We booked my roof work and the materials and crew showed up on time. The crew worked hard to get the job done as quick as they could and I was impressed with the way all the other trades work came together without a hitch. I would highly recommend Keith and Guns N Hoses as the job they did for me was top notch.
Review is based on lack of communication and not work provided. Initial communication with Lauchena was great. Erin was supposed to come to my house to provide a quote. Appointment made the week prior. 30 minutes before appointment she called saying she had an emergency at another job site (understandable as this was a current job for a paying customer) and that she could leave that job site around 3pm. After that call, there was 0 communication. I have still not received any communication from Guns and Hoses. I took a half day off of work for no reason and wasted an entire afternoon.
Guns and Hoses. What can I say? Just awesome people. These folks do everything possible to do right by their customers. We should know; we've been working with them since the early days of their company. Our family trusts Guns and Hoses so much, they were our contractor of choice to redo the roof and gutters on our personal home!
Keith was professional from the start. Offered more information than i had considered. The quote was fair compared to other companies. Explained the process, timeline and follow up thoroughly. Materials, bin arrived as scheduled. (As per phone calls.) Work started and finished on time. Installers did a great job! Well pleased. Cleaned up each day! Neighbors were happy! Keith returned for the final inspection. Invited me to join him on the roof.... Passed, and choose to watch the video instead! Used there "Konnect" affliate to inspect attic duct connections, current insulation value and an inspection. All duct connections good, and no evidence of previous water/mold damage. Insulation rating still good. (Provided pics.). All in all, very happy with work and cost. Would strongly reccomend. Thanks!
Very good roofing and exteriors company. Hard working, clean, professional and thorough. Customer service was timely and respectful. With any trades or contract work, always get things in writing and be as detailed as possible about the scope of work.
