Absolutely brutal and horrible dealings with McCance... Do not waste your time or money on them. I experienced numerous no-shows from them over the course of a 3 week period including a no-show for a scheduled furnace quote. They also went missing in action for 3 weeks after assessing a leak in my home, never repairing the problem. Also, the receptionist has not been trained properly and has zero clue how to collect information efficiently. Overall incredibly frustrating experiences with this company. My one star rating is pushing it, as they deserve a zero! Yikes.
McCance was great! Donna was the person calling to set up appointments, and every single time she was so fun and nice to talk to! She worked hard to be flexible with my schedule and I really appreciated that! Then, when Kevin came out to install a new hot water tank, he was awesome! Very personable, professional, and dedicated to doing a great job! He was diligent in making sure everything was safe and done well before leaving! I would absolutely call this company if I ever had any issues; their customer service was amazing!
What an awesome experience with mccance! Kevin came by to clean out a couple of our drains and even did a quote on a water softener for me... He was awesome because I had people over and it was no big deal to have him working upstairs. Will definitely be calling these guys back
Awesome service all around. Donna is incredibly organized and thorough. Estimate was realistic vs the 4 others that I inquired with. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing or heating service over anyone else.
Highly recommend! We got booked in super quick and everyone we dealt with provided excellent customer service. We had Kevin out to our place and he was very knowledgeable and great attitude even though he was working late on a Friday night! Will defiantly be using McCance for any plumbing and heating in the future! Thanks
