We have been trying to cancel the membership, but they keep taking funds. Now they threaten my son with collections.. we havent lived in Okotoks for a year... they always have an excuse not to cancel. They know no one has been in the place for a year from his membership.. I paid the 10.49 for another 8 months... still nothing!
Everything from my 1st phone call with the gym owner has been great. Just all round Love the staff and facility. Everyone is so friendly and the gym is spotless.... Love It !!! Thank you ! No another gym compares to the price. "Value for Money" = 100%

This place was great at first.Been trying to cancel my membership as I don't live in okotoks and each month this place is taking more and more money out of my account. I've stated in a few emails that I can not make it in to sign this release waiver as I havent lived in okotoks for quite some time. The lady who is emailing says I can not cancel. Seriously? Stop with the excuses. I dont live in okotoks. I have stated over 30 days ago that I want my membership cancelled and all I get in response is no, I have to sign papers and pay more for administration fees for not providing proper payment... Of you decide to get a membership with this gym. You're better off paying for every time you go in. They won't let you cancel.
Use to go here constantly but has been very dirty lately and now that I'm heading out of town for 7 months just finding out two days ago I went to cancel my membership and they apparently need two months notice to cancel so I had to pay in advance two months just to cancel my membership. Honestly it might be cheaper Month to month but la fitness across town is a much better gym and they dont try and charge you tons of money for ridiculous things. Read all the fine print in the contract and you will see how extortionate they really are.
