Worst service ever, i buy a label priter there, was second hand i geuss, was not working proprely and when i bring back that printer to be refound they refuse saying they a not start up paper which never have with the package. Never go staples okotoks again, better drive to calgary.
The staff at this Staples are super helpful. I needed quite a few special folders and when I wasnt able to find the amount I needed, I asked if there were anymore hidden somewhere. One of the employees went searching for more and when he couldnt find any, he took my phone number and name and said Id call as soon as they came in. Before I could pay for the other items and leave the store he came running over with a box in hand to make sure I hadnt left. He went above and beyond to help me! Its clean and well organised too!
