Redeemed themselves! I had a not so great experience last time getting winter tires. Just got some all seasons for summer. Price was excellent, tires were in stock and they even fixed my spare which needed a plug. Young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good job!
Bought tires from here a few months ago. I had asked for my tires back as I was purchasing winter tires and wanted to have the previous set (in good condition) as a summer set. Upon picking up my vehicle, realized the old tires were not in it and went in to ask for them. After a few minutes I was told to drive into the bay where they loaded "my old tires" into my truck bed. Upon getting home realized these were not my original tires but ones with not only a screw in one of them but considerably less tread. I will not purchase anything vehicle related from this store or have any repairs done here again.
Great place always a pleasure to go there. Sometimes its a little difficult to get an assistants attention for help. Otherwise great experience
Good down to earth experience. I'm not one of those customers that actually enjoys being pursued by staff, so this spot is right for me. Good selection. Canadian Tire isn't Home Depot and they are not pretending to be so I don't know why people leave reviews complaining about varying subjective experiences they are having. Regardless, positive overall experience each time I go. A good location. I would have left 5 stars but the checkout lane's arrangement is tight, awkward and a bit frustrating. Fellow reviewers, try not to leave a review when you're in the throws of a bad day. Its entertaining to the rest of us but not helpful.
Good store! This one has a nice garden selection in the summer, and seems to keep up their stocking levels quite well. Never had a problem with customer service either. I do not take my vehicle here for any services though, so I am unaware of that side of the business.
