All staff at Cimarron Dental are very caring. They know how to look after you. Our family have been very happy with our experiences there including emergency situations over the last year. My fear of going to the dentist has subsided.
I have been going to Cimarron Dental for the past year, I have had a great experience during all of my appointments. The staff are always professional, on time and always make sure I am comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone.
*This is the addition to my comment bellow. As I said, emergency response was very disappointing, however, as I said the dentist is amazing and his staff as well and they care very much. They dealt with the emergency staff and everything worked out great. They have been very helpful. That's the reason why I adjust my rating to 4 stars instead of one for previous experience. Thank you to the staff again.Absolutely horrible emergency response! They should allow us to post no stars for the horrible customer service and emergency response they have at this dental clinic! I had my root canal done on Thursday. Dentist is awesome, but no emergency response what so ever. I have been having horrible pain from the procedure and infection in it. So they told me to call their emergency line if I need stronger painkillers. For 3 days I called and left messages, so finally I decided to go to urgent clinic and they gave me injection for the pain and prescription for stronger painkillers. When I was picking up my prescription the y finally called me from the emergency response line and left me message: "I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but there's not much we can do for you right now. You just need to continue taking Tylenol 3 and infection antibiotics. " Absolutely ridiculous. Finally my pain is bearable and I can write this review.
